We were jointly formed in 1996 by Shanghai Gongxin Audit Firm (est. 1987) and Shanghai Zhongnan Certified Public Accountants (est. 1992). We have since grown to be a top 30 full-service firm, and a governing unit of the Shanghai Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
