Morison Global is pleased to announce that on 10 November 2022, five new directors were appointed to the board of Morison Global Asia Pacific.
The Asia Pacific board welcomes Farrukh Viqaruddin Junaidy from Junaidy Shoaib Asad (Pakistan); Henry (Hae su) Shin from Echon & Co. (South Korea); Normita L. Villaruz from Villaruz, Villaruz & Co., CPAs, (Philippines); Richard (Rehao) Chen from Shanghai Gong Xin CPAs (China) and Victor Heng from Morison Heng CPA Limited, (Hong Kong).
All five directors were appointed following the Morison Global director recruitment and selection process, led by a Nomination Committee, aimed at attracting new talent and diversity to the boards.
Chair of Morison Global Asia Pacific, Harsh Bhuta, said: “We are very happy to welcome five new board members from key locations across the region. With their experience and professional backgrounds, I am sure that they will be instrumental in driving regional activities and initiatives.”
Arsalan Vardag, Eddie Kin Man Chan, and Paul Wan, having completed their maximum terms as directors of the Asia Pacific board retired on 10 November. Stephen Chang also retired from the Asia Pacific board but will remain as an advisor to the board. Morison Global would like to express sincere thanks for their contributions and commitment during their time as board members.
