Morison Global has been ranked as the number one association in Nigeria by the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) for the third year running. This is thanks to the outstanding work of our member firm Pedabo – an innovative full-service firm that has represented Morison Global in Nigeria for almost ten years.
Pedabo joined Morison Global in 2012 and has since seen a 500% increase in fees. Their number of employees has almost tripled, with 140 staff members across three offices. They also offer capacity building training through the Pedabo Training Academy, which welcomes recent graduates to the firm through its competitive graduate trainee programme, as well as provides bespoke sectoral, as well as financial reporting, tax, assurance, business development, and soft skills trainings. The Managing Partner, Ajibade Fashina was an active Morison Global Africa Board Member for seven years until 2020, further to which Partner, Peter Asemah was appointed to the Africa Board.
Ajibade Fashina commented upon this achievement: "Pedabo is indeed setting giant strides on our continued growth trajectory whilst setting the pace for other indigenous professional services firms who are challenged to make a difference. We have always proudly said that we are an indigenous company with a global outlook and this continues to guide the way we approach process improvement, value, and service delivery to our clients, as well as compensation for our most valued asset – our people. Our progress challenges us to be better even as we look forward to each next growth milestone.”
Albert Folorunsho, Managing Consultant added that “Pedabo is again gratified by this outcome as it validates our continued endeavour at increased national, regional, and global visibility, improved service quality, and professionalism. These deliberate efforts have over the past year - even with the distortions in normal business practice - positioned us to continue to guarantee the satisfaction of our growing multi-sectoral clientele through excellent delivery of audit, tax, and bespoke advisory services by a skilled, motivated, and collaborative workforce.”
Thank you again Pedabo, for all your excellent work in ensuring we maintain our position as the number one association in Nigeria.
